How to Return and Refund your purchase
A Return and Refund Policy is the agreement where we inform customers about our policies regarding return and refunds. Please read the Return and Refund Policy of KalimbahinPh. We gratefully appreciate you of your time and effort in purchasing at Kalimbahin.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can have it returned within 4 days of you purchase. However, the following conditions are being considered upon return, refund and exchange of the product.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.
- Your item needs to have the receipt as a proof of purchase.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Kalimbahinnaturaloils@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to: Kalimbahin Natural Oils Trading Malauay, Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental Philippines 6218
- Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved and inspected we will initiate a refund.
Firstly, discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Secondly, returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Thirdly, we do not accept returns after four (4) day return period. Most importantly, the receipt must be kept and is shipped together with the product.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
